| In an effort to promote PIBBA members' skills in educational/ charitable activities, PIBBA Guam President Dr. Arlene Diaz, has been instrumental in training Simon Sanchez High School (SSHS) students to effectively read environmental books to promote soil & water conservation with children's literature.
