PIBBA Guam Donates $500 to PPE for Guam

Members of PIBBA (Pacific Islands Bilingual-Bicultural Association), Guam Chapter, donated $500 to PPE for Guam. From left: Barbara M.S. Benavente and Elizabeth U.
