Condolences for Marcus Rosario

The PIBBA family extends its deepest condolences and sympathies to the family of Marcus Rosario of Pohnpei, cousin of former PIBBA Teacher of the Year, Dr. Gregorio Tainatongo, and uncle of PIBBA Webmaster, Dr. Matilda Naputi Rivera.  Rosario left this Earth on July 5, 2014.  He will always be remembered. God Bless him and his family. May he rest in peace.
