In Loving Memory of Joseph "Joe" Cepeda Mafnas
The PIBBA family extends its deepest sympathies and condolences to the family of Joseph "Joe" Cepeda Mafnas, PIBBA Suruhanu and resident of Malesso', Guam. Joe was a Guam PIBBA member and PIBBA International member who attended and presented at our Annual International PIBBA Conference for many years.
He was called to his eternal rest on Monday, September 20, 2010. Mass is being said for him at San Vicente-San Roke Church in Barrigada as follows: Wednesday, 9/22, 6:00 p.m.; Thursday, 9/23, 6:00 a.m.; Friday, 9/24, 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9/25, 5:30 p.m.; and Sunday, 9/26, 10:00 a.m.
Joe will always be remembered. God Bless him and his family. May he rest in peace.

The Guam Council of the International Reading Association helps educators and parents alike discover the wonder and the worlds to be found in books. Guam IRA is a professional organization for individuals who are genuinely concerned with the development of reading programs for children and adults. They are a group of people who work together to improve literacy and reading instruction in Guam and Micronesia.
