This is right after the former Cinema Theater. There is a sign just before the turn that says Guam Plaza. This turn is immediately before ENGEL'S APPLIANCE REPAIR SHOP and directly across GANGMAN MARKET. Make that right turn, then make a slight left turn passing the building that has the signage SUNSHINE on the wall. You will enter a parking lot where you may park. Enter the mustard colored building with the signage FUSION (a dancing school), and look for the green sign on your right side with the label GUAM CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING. The R. K. Tropical Plaza houses apartments on the upper floors, the furniture store DRAGONFLY, and a Thai restaurant.
