The PIBBA family extends its deepest condolences and sympathies to the Mendiola family, as Ruth "Rufina" Mendiola, longtime PIBBA Member and PIBBA Teacher of the Year, lost her beloved sister and brother-in-law in Saipan. God Bless the family. May the dearly departed rest in peace.
