We express our deepest sympathies and condolences for the family of Ichiko Ukop, mother of Zander David Refilong, PIBBA Guam Pioneer for 2011. Ichiko passed away late Saturday night, August 6. Nightly rosary is being said at 7:30 p.m. at Zander's home in Ta'i Road, Mangilao. God bless Ichiko, and may she rest in peace.
